1- Cucumber Celery Spinach Juice

Ingredients:
- 4 celery stalks
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup blueberries
- 6 to 8 Kale leaves
- 1 orange, peeled A handful of spinach
Instructions:
Core and seed the apples and make sure to cut the celery stalks in really small pieces. Pick out the freshest Kale and Spinach leaves then place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and start juicing. Serve cold.

Ingredients:
- 5 Romaine lettuce leaves
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 zucchini
- 2 handfuls blackberries
- ½ Granny Smith Apple
- 3 to 5 strawberries
- 1 orange
- ¼ to ½ cup Pomegranate Juice
Instructions:
Core and peel the apples and make sure that you remove the rind from the orange. Choose only fresh strawberries. You can add more blackberries if you want it to be tangy and to amp up the anti-oxidant properties of this juice, too. Process all ingredients until smooth and serve cold.

3- Kale Pineapple Cooler

- 1 cup ice
- ½ cucumber, sliced thinly
- 1/3 pineapple, cut into chunks
- 1 handful Kale
- 2 cups fresh lime juice
- 2 apples, cored, peeled and seeded
Instructions:
Juice the lime separately before adding it to the rest of the ingredients. Process until smooth and serve cold and with ice cubes.

4- Spinach Carrot Tango

- 4 mangoes, sliced lengthwise into thin pieces
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 big carrot, sliced lengthwise into thin pieces
- 3 strawberries
- 4 cucumber, sliced thinly
- 1 handful spinach
- 3 Romaine Lettuce leaves
Instructions:
Don’t use over-ripe mangoes and spinach/lettuce leaves to keep this juice from tasting tangy. Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor then process until smooth and creamy. You may serve this topped with grated carrots or halved strawberries.

5- Berry Celery Butternut Squash Juice

Ingredients:
- 5 large strawberries
- 1 to 2 cups grapes
- 3 celery stalks
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 1 butternut squash
- 2-inch fresh ginger root
Instructions:
If you want this juice to become sweeter, lessen the celeries. Also, make sure that you use only butternut squash and not any other kind of squash as those would not taste good. Blend until smooth and creamy and serve topped with grated ginger root.
