Awesome Buffalo Wing Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
- • Blue cheese, for serving
- • 3/4 cup chicken broth
- • 1 onion (Diced)
- • 2 large celery stalks
- • 1 garlic clove (Minced)
- • About 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- • 1/4 cup butter
- • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- • 1/4 cup hot sauce
- • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- • About 1.5 teaspoon black pepper
- • 1 teaspoon salt
- • 1 pound boneless chicken
- • 8 large lettuce leaves
Directions:
- First of all, please make sure you have all the ingredients
- available. Combine the chicken, onion, 1 celery stalk, garlic, butter, broth, cayenne pepper, paprika, black pepper and salt in crock pot.
- Now cook properly on high for about 4 to 6 hours.
- This step is important. Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it with two forks.
- One thing remains to be done now. Next, please return the chicken to the crock pot, add the hot sauce & cook properly on high for an additional 30 to 35 minutes.
- Serve the chicken on lettuce cups, topped with shredded carrots, chopped celery & blue cheese.
