    When you’re fantastic, this is best!! 
    Ingredients:

    • • Blue cheese, for serving 
    • • 3/4 cup chicken broth 
    • • 1 onion (Diced) 
    • • 2 large celery stalks 
    • • 1 garlic clove (Minced) 
    • • About 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 
    • • 1/4 cup butter 
    • • 1/2 cup shredded carrots 
    • • 1/4 cup hot sauce 
    • • 1/4 teaspoon paprika 
    • • About 1.5 teaspoon black pepper 
    • • 1 teaspoon salt 
    • • 1 pound boneless chicken 
    • • 8 large lettuce leaves 

    Directions:
    1. First of all, please make sure you have all the ingredients
    2. available. Combine the chicken, onion, 1 celery stalk, garlic, butter, broth, cayenne pepper, paprika, black pepper and salt in crock pot. 
    3. Now cook properly on high for about 4 to 6 hours. 
    4. This step is important. Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it with two forks. 
    5. One thing remains to be done now. Next, please return the chicken to the crock pot, add the hot sauce & cook properly on high for an additional 30 to 35 minutes. 
    6. Serve the chicken on lettuce cups, topped with shredded carrots, chopped celery & blue cheese.
