Iconic Honey Mulberries Almond Mash

Ingredients:
- • Coconut butter
- • 3/4 cup mulberries
- • 2 cups almond milk
- • About 1.5 Tbs organic honey
- • 1 Tbs ground flax seed
- • About 1.5 Tbs butter (Optional)
- • 1 cup almond meal
- • 1/2 tsp almond extract
- • 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
- First of all, please make sure you have all the ingredients available. now coat inside of your Slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Then add all ingredients to slow cooker.
- Stir, cover, & cook properly on LOW for about 6 to 7 hours.
- One thing remains to be done now. Now spoon oatmeal into bowls; add optional toppings, if desired.
- Finally serve.
