    Ingredients:

    • • Coconut butter
    • • 3/4 cup mulberries 
    • • 2 cups almond milk 
    • • About 1.5 Tbs organic honey 
    • • 1 Tbs ground flax seed
    • • About 1.5 Tbs butter (Optional) 
    • • 1 cup almond meal 
    • • 1/2 tsp almond extract 
    • • 1/4 tsp salt 

    Directions:

    1.  First of all, please make sure you have all the ingredients available. now coat inside of your Slow cooker with cooking spray. 
    2.  Then add all ingredients to slow cooker. 
    3.  Stir, cover, & cook properly on LOW for about 6 to 7 hours. 
    4.  One thing remains to be done now. Now spoon oatmeal into bowls; add optional toppings, if desired. 
    5.  Finally serve.
